Event Rental Delivery Information

Thank you for visiting KCPartyRentals.com! KC Party Rentals provides party rental delivery service through out the greater Kansas City area and it's surrounding communities. Cities like Shawnee, Shawnee Mission, Overland Park, Mission, Mission Hills, Gladstone, Platte City, Prairie Village, Parkville, Smithville, and Leawood are just a few. If you don't see your specific location listed here, give us a call at (816) 945-9181 and we'll help you out with delivery information for your location. We will typically deliver within a 40 mile radius but for larger orders will travel further. Our current delivery fee is a flat $25, plus mileage from our warehouse to your event location. Mileage rates are $4 per mile for distances under 50 miles and $5 per mile for distances over 50 miles. Some deliveries require additional delivery fees as multiple or specialized vehicles may be required.

We now service many of the larger cities within 5 hours of Kansas City. Cities like Omaha, Des Moines, St.Louis, Springfield MO, Columbia, Jefferson City, Branson, Wichita, Topeka, Bentonville AR, and Tulsa OK.
